As an Airport Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our property at the airport, creating seamless arrival and departure experiences while delivering warm, personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with people from around the world, and takes pride in anticipating guests' needs before they are expressed.
What you will do
Welcome arriving guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
Coordinate airport arrivals, departures, and transportation arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
Assist guests with baggage handling, wayfinding, and transportation logistics.
Maintain close communication with Front Office, Concierge, Transportation, and Guest Experience teams.
Monitor flight schedules and proactively manage changes, delays, or special requests.
Provide accurate information regarding resort services, local attractions, and guest arrangements.
Ensure all guest interactions are conducted with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Build meaningful connections with guests while creating memorable first and last impressions.
What you bring
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, airport operations, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for serving others.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
