仕事内容

＜概要＞

相馬工場のプロダクト・テクニカルセンターにて、製造プロセスの改善・最適化を支援するラボ技術者ポジションです。実験だけではなく、データ解析や改善提案まで関わり、製造現場のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。

＜主な業務内容＞

・実験計画の立案およびラボスケールでの試験実施

・試験データのの整理・解析およびレポート作成

・製造プロセスや作業手順書（SOP）の作成・改善

・製造・品質部門と連携した課題解決・改善活動の推進

・原材料の精製作業および品質確認、異常時の一時対応

・EHS（安全・環境・衛生）基準に基づいた安全な実験運用

求める経験・スキル

＜必須＞

・化学系の学歴（高専卒・大卒以上）または同等の実務経験

・実験室での基礎的な作業経験（試薬の取り扱い、サンプル調製など）

・社内外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

＜歓迎＞

・有機合成実験の実務経験があること（ラボスケール）

・化学品製造プロセスにかかわる製造技術の実務経験があること

・イオン交換樹脂の知見があること

・統計ツールを扱った経験または知識があること

・分析化学の経験または知識があること

・英語（読み書き中心）ができれば尚可

募集要項

・雇用形態：正社員

・給与：年収450～650万円（月収30～50万円）

・勤務地：〒976-0005　福島県相馬市光陽1-2-3 当社相馬工場

　　　　　　＊常磐線相馬駅から車で15分

・勤務時間：8:30～17:00（フレックスタイム制）

・時間外労働：月平均10時間程度

・試用期間：6ヶ月（期間中の労働条件も変更なし）

・昇給・賞与・手当等：通勤手当(上限50,000円/月)、時間外手当、賞与(業績連動型賞与：3月支給)、昇給(年1回3月)
