WE ARE HIRING:
Influencer Marketing & Paid Media Manager (HUB)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ideally exceeding $8M MXN annually.
- Strong experience in budget allocation, monitoring, optimization, and reallocation based on campaign performance and business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of the influencer, creator, talent management, and agency ecosystem in Mexico.
- Experience developing and implementing UGC programs, including creator sourcing, contracting, usage rights, content production, and amplification.
- Experience developing experiential marketing activations connected to creator content and digital amplification.
- Strong knowledge of Paid Media, particularly Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including the amplification of influencer and creator content.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to connect investment, content, creators, paid media, and business results.
- Experience working with performance metrics such as CPM, CPE, CPV, CTR, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
Activities
- Develop and lead Influencer Marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize large-scale budgets across Influencers, Creators, UGC, Experiential Marketing, and Paid Media.
- Monitor campaign performance and dynamically reallocate investment according to results, business priorities, creator performance, formats, and platforms.
- Lead the scouting, selection, negotiation, and management of Influencers, Creators, KOLs, Celebrities, Talent Managers, and Management Agencies.
- Develop and oversee UGC programs, including creator volume, contracting models, usage rights, production processes, and content delivery.
- Lead experiential marketing activations and connect offline experiences with creator content, digital amplification, and measurement.
- Coordinate with Paid Media teams to amplify creator content through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, and other paid formats.
- Analyze campaign performance to determine when to increase, maintain, reallocate, or stop investment in creators, content, formats, or platforms.
- Develop performance reports and translate data into strategic and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Maintain direct client communication, including strategic presentations, budget reviews, campaign results, optimization recommendations, and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, profitability, timelines, and campaign performance.
