About the Role

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional in-room dining experiences by providing prompt, personalized service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. The In-Room Dining Server works closely with the Food & Beverage team and reports to the In-Room Dining leadership team.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food orders, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.

• Present menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.

• Set up, clear, and maintain in-room dining tables and trays.

• Accurately process guest checks, obtain required signatures, and complete transactions.

• Coordinate the removal of trays and tables from guest rooms.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and service equipment.

• Uphold Four Seasons service standards to create memorable guest experiences.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of food and beverage service and guest service principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Valid work authorization in the United States.

• Hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
