As an Identity and Access Management Engineering Senior Manager, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using advanced technologies like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing secure systems to prevent unauthorized access and safeguard data integrity
- Leading teams in the application of systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Applying analytical thinking to optimize IT governance and risk management processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to embrace change and drive innovation in cybersecurity practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Utilizing systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback
- Directing teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning
- Evolving skills in IT Governance and Risk Management
