What would you do? • Oversee the end-to-end process of leave requests as per North American laws • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and reporting of leave data. • Stay updated on relevant employment laws, and regulations, to leave management in North American. • Collaborate with payroll, Benefits, HR, and Business leads to ensure accurate and compliant processing of leave. • Stakeholder management. • You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services HRSS team that supports lateral recruitment of Accenture s Operations entity and will be responsible for building the strategy towards fulfilment of demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to its clients This team is accountable for delivery of talent across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams • Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. • This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - HR Service Delivery - P1 • Secondary skill - Absenteeism Management Process Design - P1
Roles and Responsibilities: • Address sensitive situations requiring leave options and accompany the employee in the resolution of their case. • Facilitate a smooth return to work process for the employee upon the end of their leave. • Upon employee s start or return from leave, work alongside HR, Managers, and Business leads. • Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for end-to-end processing of leave requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Proactively address issues related to a leave that may impact the employee and ensure proper communication occurs. • Track daily actions, monitor case progress, prioritize tasks by level of urgency, and comply with country regulations. • Microsoft Excel, Reporting, and Analytics skills • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the leave application and return-to-work processes to Work one-on-one with employees and provide the best employee experience.
