We are looking for a Home-Based Account Manager, Outside Sales to join a growing U.S.-based company in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of a sales portfolio, working closely with the Outside Sales team, Account Management team, and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

You will be responsible for managing client projects from order placement through delivery, maintaining clear client communication, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring projects stay on track and are delivered on time. Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus and preferred by the client.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

• Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy across quotes, sales orders, invoices, proofs, client communications, and project details.

• Client Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams while providing timely updates and responsive customer service.

• Organization & Multitasking: Effectively manages multiple client projects, orders, deadlines, approvals, and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Problem Solving & Follow-Through: Takes ownership of order and production issues and ensures problems are followed through to completion.

• Relationship Management: Builds strong client relationships through proactive communication, reliable support, and a positive, creative approach.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Brainstorming products to fit within client’s branded merchandise project.  

• Providing formal quotes to clients.  

• Building and placing sales orders.  

• Reviewing and approving invoices.  

• Reviewing and sending proofs to clients for approval 

• Day-to-day project management of each job to ensure on-time delivery.  

• Oversee problem resolutions through completion  

• Place sample and spec orders that require a factory PO 

• Point of contact for order questions that arise during production  

• Update company CRM as needed.  

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.   

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or a related role.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and great follow-up practices  

  • Strong written communication and customer service skills 

  • Positive and creative attitude! 

  • Advanced organizational skills / Ability to multi-task 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT)  

  • Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus. 

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 45,000

• Job Type: Full-time 

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
