Team Overview: FNOL Claims Call Center

- First service role in notification to claims in Auto Claim and non-motor accidents.

- Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction that our customers can expect from our services, including providing information about our claims services when they contact our call center.

- Knowledgeable, responsible, have the ability to systematically solve customer problems, and understand the role of the professional service provider.

How you will How you will create an impact

• Serve customers who need assistance and create the highest satisfaction for customers and those who contact to notification accidents or inquire about claims.

• Deep product knowledge, be quick-witted and a good listener to handle customer situations with professionalism.

• Responsible for the assigned duties and work as a team. Have good working relationships in working together to drive the team to achieve goals and achieve mutual career success.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in notification accident and able to listen and converse in English

• Expertise and knowledge of products in insurance industries

• Responsible for work duties and maintain flexible working time frame

• Good listener and mature in analyzing customer issues and problem solving

• Proficiency in using various operating systems and able to learn new skills
