We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Flex Senior Benefits Specialist, you will support the delivery of benefits services to clients and stakeholders. You will analyse benefits data files, resolve complex system and operational issues, maintain tools and databases, and support service delivery across client accounts. You will also act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.

We will count on you to:

• Manage complex benefits operational assignments and support day-to-day service delivery
• Analyse benefits data files, identify discrepancies and resolve errors accurately
• Maintain and improve operational systems and tools, including system support and testing for new implementations
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management
• Manage client requests and processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Support client data management using technical tools and resources while maintaining accuracy and integrity
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Finance or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing, account management or similar roles
• Experience in insurance or financial services
• Experience in billing and collections
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and work with system tools quickly
