We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Corporate Travel to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and manage strategic initiatives within the corporate travel segment.
The role requires strong knowledge of the corporate travel ecosystem, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be capable of identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and delivering high-quality travel solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and growth initiatives within the corporate travel segment.
- Develop and manage relationships with key corporate clients and strategic accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential enterprise customers.
- Understand client travel requirements and recommend appropriate travel management solutions.
- Lead client engagement, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and customer expansion.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, HR teams, travel managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal operations and service teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding existing corporate accounts.
- Stay updated on corporate travel trends, customer expectations, travel technology, and market developments.
- Analyse competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, account reviews, forecasts, and management reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements while maintaining business profitability.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure timely coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience in corporate travel, business travel, travel management, hospitality, B2B sales, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the corporate travel ecosystem and enterprise travel requirements.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic account management, or corporate sales.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire, manage, and grow key corporate accounts.
- Strong network and relationships with corporate clients and business decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations.
