As an Expense Operations Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role within our Finance practice, focusing on providing strategic financial guidance and advice to clients. You will be involved in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, helping clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team, adapting to a fast-paced environment with diverse clients and team members. You will take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality results that drive value for clients and success for the team.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will manage financial records, analyze data, and assist in compliance with accounting standards. You will be expected to develop your skills and knowledge, building a personal brand and opening doors to more opportunities. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, applying professional and technical standards while upholding the Firm's code of conduct. Responsibilities

- Managing financial records and analyzing data to support compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements to provide accurate insights for decision-making
- Supporting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance
- Engaging in risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential financial risks
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients
- Applying accounting policies and practices to maintain consistency and accuracy in financial transactions
- Gathering and interpreting information from various sources to discern patterns and inform strategic guidance
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to enhance financial advisory services
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Maintain and update employee master data (personal information, organizational assignment, job details, contracts, etc.) using SAP Fiori HR apps within SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Monitor the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of HR master data.

- Perform regular audits and data quality checks; identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Carry out daily tasks such as monitoring & updating employee master data, handling ServiceNow tickets, and resolving inquiries in accordance with company policies.

- Guarantee precision and adherence to established procedures. Maintain high ethical standards and exhibit objectivity in all work-related activities.

What You Must Have

- At least 1-4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
