Early Careers Recruiter
6 month contract
About Us
We’re an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how businesses recruit. Our clients include some of the most innovative organisations in the world — from Google-backed unicorns to Fintech and SaaS scale-ups reshaping their industries.
Our team spans the UK, Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Vietnam. We’re remote-first, globally minded, and deeply collaborative. We believe hiring should be human-centred, data-informed, and impact-driven — creating better outcomes for companies and candidates alike.
Why This Role Exists
Our client, a multinational enterprise software company, is building its early careers function in Barcelona and is looking for someone to lead that on the ground.
This is a genuinely strategic role: you'll be the early careers presence locally, setting up university partnerships and building a pipeline of graduate tech talent in one of Europe's leading tech hubs. It's an opportunity to shape early talent hiring in the region from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Build and own university and campus partnerships across Barcelona, establishing the early careers presence from a low base.
- Develop a strong pipeline of graduate talent, largely for technology and engineering roles.
- Run early careers recruitment end-to-end, from attraction through to offer and onboarding.
- Act as the local point of contact, working closely with universities, candidates and the business.
- Partner with the wider international recruitment team to keep hiring joined up.
Requirements
- Early careers/graduate recruitment experience — essential, as you'll be operating independently on the ground.
- A relationship-builder who can set up university partnerships and pipeline proactively, ideally with a feel for the local university system.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment and happy to jump in.
- Technology or engineering hiring exposure is helpful; any global or international experience is a bonus.
The details
- 6-month contract, with potential to go permanent.
- Hybrid working in Barcelona, including campus events.
