• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• Training in Document Control or Project Information Management

• Knowledge of document formatting and engineering documentation

• Proficiency in MS Office and PDF management software

• Certifications in Aconex, SharePoint, or other DMS tools

• Minimum 5 years document control experience in large-scale engineering projects..

• Experience in dams, hydropower, tunneling, or major infrastructure/civil projects.

• Experience using Document Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).

• Experience handling engineering drawings, technical specifications, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, MOMs, and correspondence.

• Experience maintaining structured digital and hard-copy archives.

• Understanding of engineering documentation workflows.

• Strong data management, organization, and filing skills.

• Familiarity with DMS tools (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar).

• Ability to interpret environmental regulations and permits

• Strong communication skills for coordination and follow-up.

•  Attention to detail and high accuracy.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents
