About the role
Role responsibilities:
Develop instructional design for digital educational products and services, ensuring user-centered learning experiences informed by product and service knowledge and aligned with business objectives and market needs.
Create content for digital learning products and services, including websites, applications, online platforms, systems, and learning management systems (LMS), effectively communicating concepts to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Coordinate the production of digital multimedia content across multiple formats and specifications, driving results through efficient resource management, quality assurance, and a strong focus on achieving project objectives.
Manage internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timeline, and budget, fostering collaboration and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Analyze and recommend enhancements and innovations for digital products based on user insights, market trends, and business intelligence to strengthen the value proposition and support business growth.
Evaluate internally and externally developed digital learning assets from both technical and instructional design perspectives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and established quality standards for educational products and services.
Implement technical and functional operational requirements for learning platforms, leveraging a strong understanding of products and services to optimize user experience and solution performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders by providing ongoing project status updates and change management support, utilizing effective communication, influence, negotiation, and consultative selling skills to facilitate decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Education, Pedagogy, Communications, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience creating engaging and high-quality digital learning content, including e-learning courses, videos, audio, ePubs, reels, podcasts, interactive learning objects, and other multimedia assets.
At least 3 years of experience managing educational or learning-related projects.
English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of virtual learning best practices, instructional design principles, and digital learning methodologies.
Creative, innovative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering impactful learning experiences.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Desirable:
Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
Systems thinking mindset with experience in the design of web-based technologies and software platforms focused on usability and user experience.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and budget requirements effectively.
Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, and content development skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Experience within the publishing or educational publishing industry is highly desirable.
