This role is ideal for a marketing professional with proven experience in the dermatology, skincare, aesthetic, wellness, or beauty clinic industry, combined with strong leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional digital marketing teams.

As a Digital Brand Marketing Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns while managing teams across SEO, social media, content, and performance marketing. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to build a consistent brand presence, generate qualified leads, and deliver measurable business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including SEO specialists, social media managers, content writers, and digital marketing professionals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee website performance, SEO initiatives, content strategy, and social media marketing to maximize online visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven improvements to optimize ROI.
• Coordinate with creative, design, and business teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Brand Marketing, preferably within the skincare, dermatology, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional digital marketing teams including SEO, social media, and content professionals.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Experience building and executing brand-focused campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Proficiency with digital analytics, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and brand storytelling abilities.
