Role Overview  

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support the production of on-site visual assets for our e-commerce platforms, helping to deliver engaging and data-driven customer experiences across multiple product categories.

You will collaborate with designers, marketers, category teams, and other stakeholders to create high-quality creative assets that align with business goals and brand guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their design skills in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

What You Will Do 

• Create and adapt on-site visual assets, including banners, promotional graphics, landing page elements, and campaign creatives.

• Support creative development across different product categories and seasonal campaigns.

• Ensure all design deliverables are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for various digital placements.

• Collaborate with category managers, marketing teams, and fellow designers to execute campaign objectives.

• Prepare multiple design variations and asset adaptations for different audiences, channels, and testing requirements.

• Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to improve user engagement and conversion performance.

• Apply design best practices while balancing business objectives and customer needs.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Basic Qualifications  

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or digital creative production.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Working knowledge of Figma.

• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and composition.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines while maintaining high-quality creative execution.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or digital marketing environments.

• Knowledge of responsive and digital-first design principles.

• Understanding of user behavior, online merchandising, or conversion-focused design.

• Experience supporting A/B testing or performance-driven creative initiatives.
