Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand valve timing strategies and select suitable products.
- Create and review product performance specifications and targets.
- Design products considering specification and packaging constraints.
- Perform technical assessments, calculations, and design validations.
- Support DFMEA and DVP&R activities with customers.
- Analyze prototype parts, failure modes, and customer issues.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FTA, and Six Sigma.
- Release designs as per Product Development Process requirements.
- Support manufacturing plants for quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
- Coordinate projects with global and cross-functional teams.
