What you will do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide personalized and attentive service to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages based on guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you bring
Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, or upscale bar preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- A Diploma in a relevant field is required
