Customer Operations Specialist (Contracts, Salesforce & DocuSign)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist to manage contract lifecycle operations, Salesforce CRM accuracy, and customer operational workflows.

This is an execution-focused role where you’ll oversee contracts from initiation through execution, maintain accurate customer records, coordinate contract follow-ups, and support recurring revenue operations. Responsibilities

Contract Management & Execution

• Manage customer contracts from initiation through execution.
• Maintain accurate contract records, terms, and customer information.
• Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
• Organize and maintain contract documentation.

CRM & Contract Tracking

• Maintain contract trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Monitor renewals, contract status, and account updates.
• Update Salesforce with accurate customer and contract information.
• Maintain clean, organized CRM records.

Customer Communication

• Contact customers regarding contract execution and follow-ups.
• Explain pricing, service agreements, and contract details.
• Send agreements through DocuSign and follow up until completion.
• Record customer interactions within Salesforce.

Revenue Operations & Documentation

• Support recurring revenue operations and account updates.
• Assist with AutoPay enrollment and billing-related follow-ups.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract and operational workflows.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in customer operations, contract administration, billing operations, or operations support.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and DocuSign.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound customer communication and follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with recurring revenue (RMR), billing, or collections.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or service-based businesses.
• Background managing high-volume contract workflows.
