About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms.
This is not a scheduling-only role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media—someone who understands platform culture, creates content that feels native to each channel, and knows how to build engaged online communities.
From day one, you’ll take ownership of 10 social media accounts, beginning with a comprehensive account audit and strategic improvement plan. You’ll then execute platform-specific content strategies, create engaging short-form content, manage community engagement, and optimize performance across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, and Pinterest.
If you understand that what performs on LinkedIn is very different from what succeeds on TikTok, Reddit, or StockTwits—and can adapt accordingly—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Account Audits
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing social media accounts and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with audience behavior and business objectives.
- Create and maintain structured content calendars across all active platforms.
- Identify content gaps, engagement opportunities, and audience growth strategies.
- Continuously refine social strategies based on platform trends and performance data.
Social Media Management
- Manage and publish content across:
- X (Twitter)
- StockTwits
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Bluesky
- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and community engagement daily.
- Adapt messaging, tone, and content style for each platform’s audience.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and brand voice across all channels.
Content Creation & Video Production
- Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Produce engaging, platform-native content optimized for reach and engagement.
- Repurpose content effectively across channels without making it feel repetitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing content.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Grow social media accounts through authentic community engagement.
- Participate in conversations across Reddit, StockTwits, and other relevant communities.
- Monitor trends, industry conversations, and emerging content formats.
- Build audience trust through meaningful interactions and timely responses.
- Strengthen brand awareness and online community engagement.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Boost high-performing content using native promotion tools across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage small paid budgets to amplify top-performing posts.
- Analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content strategy using platform analytics and campaign insights.

- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or investor-focused social media marketing.
- Demonstrated success growing engagement and building online communities.
- Strong short-form video creation and editing skills.
- Experience managing:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Experience conducting social media audits and developing actionable content strategies.
- Experience boosting and promoting content using native platform tools.
- Strong understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Asana.
- Experience working with investor-focused brands or financial audiences.
- Experience managing StockTwits, Bluesky, and Pinterest communities.
