Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client needs, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve system reliability. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and address client requirements is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that software components function seamlessly across multiple client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
- Ability to manage user administration and security roles effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our HC3 - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
