Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translating these into functional applications, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and efficient in supporting business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite components.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices in integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
