Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. Throughout the day, the engineer will oversee the progress of development tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of components to deliver robust and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database management and integration, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
