Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Systems Specialist to manage core HR processes, workforce administration, and HR system operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate employee data management, support employee lifecycle activities, optimize HR workflows, and enable seamless employee and manager self-service experiences

Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer employee master data, organizational structures, and position management frameworks within HR systems.
Configure and manage employee time tracking, clock-in/clock-out processes, and shift schedules.
Monitor attendance, leave balances, and absence management processes.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, internal transfers, status changes, promotions, and offboarding activities.
Administer employee and manager self-service portals.
Maintain employee qualification, certification, and training records.
Provide user support, troubleshoot system-related issues, and ensure a positive employee experience.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS HCM Operations.
HR process improvement and business process mapping.
Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS Administration, or Workforce Management.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data management.
Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of time and attendance, leave management, and workforce administration processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and workshop facilitation abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IFS HCM Operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
