Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business environments and priorities. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with strategic planning to deliver effective and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in software delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their application within software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
