Client Solutions Director (Management Resources)

As a Client Solutions Director in our San Antonio Management Resources practice, you'll partner with CFOs, CHROs, and business leaders to deliver consulting and project solutions across finance and accounting, human resources, operations, business systems, and transformation initiatives.

This is a highly consultative business development role focused on helping clients solve critical business challenges through Robert Half's Management Resources and consulting capabilities.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Client Partnerships

• Develop relationships with new and existing clients throughout the San Antonio market

• Meet with senior leaders to understand business priorities and organizational challenges

• Present Management Resources and consulting solutions through video, phone, and in-person meetings

• Identify opportunities involving project consulting, interim leadership, business transformation, and specialized talent

• Build enterprise-wide relationships across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers

• Become a trusted advisor to organizations navigating growth, change, and operational challenges

Strategic Consulting Solutions

• Partner with clients on initiatives requiring senior-level finance, accounting, HR, operations, and business systems expertise

• Present customized solutions aligned to business objectives

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction

• Help organizations solve complex business challenges through consulting and project-based solutions

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

• Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and business challenges

• Share industry insights and market intelligence with executive decision-makers

• Strengthen Robert Half's reputation within the Kansas City business community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

• CPA and/or MBA a plus

• 5+ years of professional experience

• Public accounting, corporate finance, consulting, professional services, or business development experience preferred

• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
