We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to support and manage financial operations across multiple business entities. Working closely with senior finance leadership, the role will cover accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical expertise, sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage finance operations across diverse business functions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting across multiple business entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund utilization, and financial requirements across business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and financial regulations.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, financial analysis, and management presentations.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support cost optimization, profitability improvement, resource planning, and financial efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Review accounting processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy, controls, and operational efficiency.
- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis for business and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational initiatives led by senior finance leadership.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and timely closure of accounting activities.
- Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems, reporting processes, and finance workflows.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, financial reporting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting, audit, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, audit processes, governance, and compliance management.
- Experience managing finance operations across multiple entities or business units is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, cost management, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants, bankers, regulators, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, entities, reporting cycles, and statutory deadlines.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, Technology, Manufacturing, or diversified business groups will be an advantage.
