About the role:
The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience.

What you will do:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling

• Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services

• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and needs

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

• Assist with transportation arrangements, including Taxi, Shuttle and Limousine services

• Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately

What you bring:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Committed to achieving high levels of service excellence and guest contentment

• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
