Job Summary:
Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Self-Perform Work (SPW) operations by assisting in the management of scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Applies technical knowledge and field experience to oversee day-to-day SPW activities—including concrete, drywall, framing, and other trades—while ensuring compliance with DPR Construction’s safety and quality standards. Collaborates with project teams, superintendents, and trade partners to achieve project goals and advance DPR’s self-perform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in managing SPW scopes from planning through closeout to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Coordinates field operations, materials, and equipment to support efficient execution of self-perform activities.
Monitors project progress, tracks production performance, and supports cost and schedule control.
Reviews drawings and submittals to verify constructability, sequencing, and scope accuracy for SPW trades.
Supports procurement, change management, and subcontractor coordination processes.
Promotes and enforces DPR Construction’s safety culture and quality assurance standards across job sites.
Mentors project engineers and collaborates with project managers to identify process improvements and learning opportunities.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5–7 years of experience in construction operations, project engineering, or field supervision required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
