We are looking for an experienced Architect to contribute to the design and execution of innovative bioclimatic and sustainable architecture projects. The role involves architectural design, project planning, technical documentation, client coordination, and site execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization tools, and an interest in creating environmentally responsive and sustainable built environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and project plans.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to bioclimatic and sustainable architecture projects.
- Translate design concepts into practical and technically feasible architectural solutions.
- Prepare design presentations, drawings, and visual material for client and project discussions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, expectations, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Conduct project-site visits and coordinate with site teams as required.
- Monitor site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and project requirements.
- Review drawings and coordinate design-related changes during project execution.
- Support project planning and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify design or execution challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Ensure architectural work meets required quality, functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.
- Work independently on assigned design responsibilities while contributing effectively to the broader project team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–4 years of professional experience in architecture or a related design environment.
- A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree is required.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, planning, drafting, and project execution.
- Experience or strong interest in bioclimatic, sustainable, environmentally responsive, or climate-conscious architecture is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design and drafting software.
- Ability to prepare professional working drawings, presentations, layouts, and design documentation.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder coordination.
- Good organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations based on project requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to respond effectively to site and design challenges.
