As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system reliability and swiftly address any disruptions that may impact business continuity, contributing to a stable and efficient technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Server Virtualization Tools.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and alerting frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues.
- Experience with automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
