Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to maintain optimal performance and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within business-critical systems.
- Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
