Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving software and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose problems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
