Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration within a dynamic environment to ensure that applications effectively support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of back-end development, including server-side programming and database integration.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
