The GEO Strategist defines and scales Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) capabilities across enterprise organizations. This role combines consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, content architecture, structured data, and measurement frameworks to help organizations succeed in AI-powered search ecosystems.

The consultant shapes enterprise GEO methodologies, advises clients on AI discoverability and optimization strategies, supports capability development, and contributes to thought leadership, new offerings, and reusable accelerators that strengthen the organization’s GEO practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise GEO roadmaps aligned to business goals, AI search opportunities, and digital transformation priorities.

• Define enterprise GEO methodologies, governance models, and reusable optimization frameworks to support scalable execution.

• Advise clients on AI discoverability, content optimization, structured data readiness, and generative search performance strategies.

• Present strategic recommendations and implementation plans to clients and executive stakeholders.

• Support business development, innovation initiatives, thought leadership, and the creation of new GEO offerings and accelerators.

• Mentor practitioners, standardize methodologies, and support internal capability development.

• Research emerging AI technologies, generative search trends, and best practices to continuously enhance GEO strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, AI or related.

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, AI Search, Digital Consulting, or related disciplines.

• Knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, Semantic Search, Knowledge Graphs, RAG and Enterprise Commerce ecosystems.

• English C1+.

• Experience implementing structured data (Schema.org, JSON-LD) and content architectures that improve AI discoverability.
