As an AES SAP SD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. You lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions effectively
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of CRM software deployment
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Enhancing customer relationship management processes to improve client satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Developing and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Utilizing business process consulting skills to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify and address customer needs and challenges
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within client engagements
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within CRM frameworks and solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
