About the Job
As an Account Manager based remotely in Zurich, you will drive customer retention and revenue growth across a designated territory. You will serve as a strategic partner to local restaurant customers, helping them increase product adoption, improve online availability, and ultimately expand their business. By deeply understanding the local restaurant industry, you will proactively engage with partners to overcome obstacles and challenge current thinking with constructive insights. Your success will directly empower restaurants to focus on their guests while ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer retention and revenue growth initiatives within your assigned territory by proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to restaurant partners, increasing product and feature adoption to improve their online availability and business performance.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of all products and services to seamlessly incorporate company strategies into your customer engagements.
- Balance on-site visits with virtual meetings to maintain high visibility and effectively engage face-to-face with customers in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members to share best practices and stay aligned with organizational initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to use data effectively to guide decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust quickly and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software (such as Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior restaurant management or sales experience within the food and beverage industry.
- A deep passion for the intersection of hospitality and technology.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious performance goals and expectations.
