This is a great entry point into fleet compliance and serving the trucking industry. You'll work closely with assigned clients to keep them compliant and confident — handling daily data validation, answering questions, resolving issues, and serving as a trusted point of contact. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable management team and given the tools to grow.
If you're organized, service-minded, and interested in the intersection of transportation regulation and technology, this role is a strong fit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
TOOLS YOU'LL USE
You'll work in Fleetworthy's compliance and client management platforms, as well as standard productivity tools including Microsoft 365. Full training is provided — no prior experience with our systems is required.

Under general supervision, provide excellent service to the organization's customers by staying on top of compliance standards and regulations and keeping carriers up to date and compliant through daily data validation, quality control, addressing and resolving inquires, and problem solving to reach the best possible outcome keeping both customer satisfaction and organization in mind.

Lead Clinical Robot Associate - Neenah, WI
We envision a future powered by robots that work seamlessly with human teams. We build the artificial intelligence that enables service robots to collaborate with people and adapt to dynamic human environments. Join our mission-driven, venture-backed team as we build out our customer-facing operations arm.
As part of Diligent Robotics’ founding operations team, you will uphold the highest standards for safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments. Through excellent communication and documentation, you will work alongside the hospital staff and our engineering team while assisting a cutting-edge fleet of robots. As part of the founding team, you will help design and implement processes as the organization scales. Clinical Robot Associates will solve unexpected situations that might arise during a shift, and work effectively as a team to ensure exceptional results to our hospital partners.
This is a full-time role at Diligent Robotics and working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This position is located in Neenah, WI and you must be local to be considered.
This is not an engineering position and a background in robotics or engineering is not required. If you have ever been an outstanding customer service representative helping busy customers with their needs, you may be a great fit for the role.
