We are looking for an experienced Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and animators to produce high-impact visuals that merge concept, design, and motion. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of composition, storytelling, and visual rhythm, along with a deep understanding of 3D workflows and emerging trends in motion design.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Execute 3D motion projects from concept to final delivery
✔️Create visually engaging animations, including product visualizations, brand films, and digital content.
✔️ Collaborate with creative leads on storyboards, style-frames, and visual direction
✔️ Optimize and manage 3D assets for animation and rendering pipelines
✔️Stay up to date with new tools, plugins, and techniques in 3D motion design

At Asana we’re looking for curious, collaborative, and creative students to join our 12-week summer Product Design internship program. This program focuses on bringing students currently studying at a college or university into our Design team to develop and work on complex and challenging problems.
During this internship, you’ll work directly with dedicated Design mentors who are trained and motivated to ensure your success. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with Engineering, User Research, Product Management, Data Science, and the rest of our amazing Design crew to ship experiences that make it as simple as possible for teams big and small to realize the value of Asana.
This internship is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

For this role, the estimated pay rate is PLN 86.54 per hour. The actual hourly rate will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed pay rate above is a guideline, and the pay rate for this role may be modified.
