Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Sr. Water Resources Engineer to join our dynamic Water Team in Virginia. This position is primarily responsible for assisting with technical delivery on projects as well as the budgeting, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for specific project phase(s) and/or task(s). This position is key in establishing and improving levels of team technical competence, quality, and efficiency. This position will be part of a team engaging clients across the water markets in support of client objectives in the areas of Water Resources Design, Drainage Design, Utilities Design, Site Civil Design, Data Analytics, Organizational Performance, Process Improvement, and related studies and analyses.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
