The job
As a Senior Motion /Video Designer at Flo, you create compelling animated content that brings ideas to life, edit thumbstopping UGC videos, strengthen brand storytelling, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives. Your work supports a variety of channels across paid UA, helping to communicate key messages through high-quality motion design that aligns with Flo’s visual identity and purpose.
Responsibilities/tasks
- Boost motion design capacity by swiftly creating and animating graphics and editing videos in response to campaign demand spikes.
- Collaborate with the UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets aligned with fast-changing priorities.
- Adapt existing designs and produce rapid iterations for spontaneous creative requests.
- Address localization needs to tailor motion graphics and videos for different global markets.
- Produce static ads & thumbnails where required
- Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Deliver visually compelling work that effectively communicates app features and user benefits.
Key results/objectives
- Deliver high-quality motion graphics and videos that meet deadlines and support UA our goals.
- Improve campaign engagement and performance through effective motion storytelling.
- Integrate innovation in tools and workflows, including AI applications, to elevate creative output.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and editing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
- A strong eye for detail, with an understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across motion graphics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and marketers.
- Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and effective collaboration.
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools, including generative AI video platforms, to push creative boundaries and elevate video storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry.
- Experience creating static ads to compliment motion & video skills
- Experience in the femtech, health, and wellbeing sector.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design (a plus).
- Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives
Salary from 4000 EUR
This role is offered via an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA), which requires you to be registered as a sole trader/individual entrepreneur. Are you able to meet this requirement? Please note we cannot work with Business Incubator.

The job
We are looking for an LLM & AI search Discoverability Manager to shape how Flo is represented across AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of PR, community, content, and AI, owning how our brand is understood, surfaced, and recommended by large language models.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Own and optimize Flo’s presence across AI-generated search environments (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini), ensuring accurate, high-quality brand representation. Monitor how Flo is represented across AI systems, identify gaps or misrepresentation, and proactively act to correct them
- Build and manage Flo’s reputation across authoritative sources used by LLMs, including Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia
- Own Wikipedia strategy and governance, ensuring accuracy, neutrality, and strong positioning as a primary AI citation source
- Rework and structure Flo’s website as an AI-native source, creating content that answers real user queries and is consistently surfaced in LLM responses
- Strengthen Flo’s presence in mid-funnel LLM conversations, ensuring the brand is preferred in comparison and evaluation queries
- Leverage Reddit and Quora as both reputation and discovery channels, shaping narratives and driving qualified organic traffic
- Build and scale systems for generating and managing external signals (reviews, discussions, third-party content) that influence how LLMs interpret the brand
- Partner cross-functionally with PR, Product, Social, Customer Support, and Marketing to align messaging and ensure consistency across all external touchpoints
We Expect From You
- 3+ years of experience in online reputation, digital PR, content, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including how LLMs source, weight, and surface information
- Understanding of how LLMs source and surface information
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Reddit, Quora, and Wikipedia
- Experience shaping brand perception across external, non-owned platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, connecting reputation signals to business impact
- Ability to build systems and scale processes, not just execute tasks
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in fast-moving environments
