We are seeking an experienced Foodservice Buyer to lead strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations across a portfolio of foodservice and hospitality clients. In this role, you will identify purchasing opportunities, run tender processes, negotiate supplier agreements, and develop procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and value. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze spend, consolidate suppliers, and build customized purchasing programs. The role combines consultative procurement and hands-on negotiation, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong negotiator who understands the foodservice industry and can drive better deals for clients.

One of our key partners is Victoria Trading, the largest specialized purchasing cooperative within foodservice and hospitality. Victoria Trading represents the interests of eight leading players and bundles a purchasing volume of many hundreds of millions of euros. Our ambition is to be and remain the most progressive purchasing platform, and you can play a crucial role in this. Real Result is the independent purchasing agency that supports Victoria Trading's entire procurement team. A dedicated core team from Real Result is responsible for all of Victoria Trading's purchasing activities. You can be part of this team, coordinating and guiding projects together with specialized category buyers from the Victoria Trading members. You will directly contribute to achieving savings and creating value in ways that would not be individually achievable, with a focus on sustainable returns. Why is collaboration with this supplier interesting and what challenge does it offer our clients? 
• You will not work with standard deals, but will realize customized agreements that make sense. 
• You will share knowledge and network within the purchasing team.
• You will be jointly responsible for achieving sustainable purchasing results through, among other things, volume advantages and purchasing optimization.

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Solution Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology solutions.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure digital experience systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, enterprise-level digital experience solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices.
• Act as a sparring partner to clients and support in setting strategic direction of the client’s architectural roadmap.
• Proactively propose innovative solutions both internally and on the client side to drive value and address business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, operations) throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and presentations, clearly communicating complex technical designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies, identify potential risks and challenges, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance our offerings and improve efficiency.
• Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable, adhering to established architectural standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to the evolution and drive the improvement of our architectural standards, processes, and best practices by working with and in our craft circles.

Essential Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions.
• Technology stacks around Optimizely (DXP & CMS), Contentstack and/or Contentful.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Or similar work experience.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with delivering content management and/or digital experience solutions from inception into production.
• Knowledge of / experience with frontend frameworks like React.js/Next.js and Vue.js/Nuxt.js
• Knowledge of / experience with commerce systems and their typical ecosystems.
• Knowledge of / experience with composable architectures and when to use them (or not).
• Knowledge of / experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of / experience with front end cloud hosting providers like Vercel, Netlify, etc.
• Knowledge of / experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, project bootstrap and maintenance, release management (having worked with a monorepo and/or feature flags is a plus)
• Understanding the concepts of personalization from a technical, analytical and strategic perspective. Knowledge of platforms offering personalization capabilities like DXP’s and CDP’s is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications are a significant plus (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, etc.).
• Fluent proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience with the Manufacturing and/or Retail market is a plus.
