About the role

We’ve spent the last two years actively shaping EU legislation to ensure our Account Verification Services (AVS) became the gold standard. The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team in delivering a great customer experience and helping customers adopt and realize value from KnowBe4’s security awareness training and phishing simulation platform. The Sales Development Representative will act as pre-sales support and is responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel.
