EverPass Media is redefining the role of TVs in businesses by blending premium sports content with powerful marketing and analytics capabilities. As we scale, our internal systems are just as critical as the experiences we deliver to customers. We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our core financial and revenue systems infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring our systems are accurate, scalable, and built to support high-growth execution.
Reporting into the Enterprise Application function, this individual will be responsible for day-to-day NetSuite administration, system optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that improve how we quote, sell, bill, and recognize revenue. This role will also partner closely with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across the revenue stack. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to build systems that directly power business outcomes.

Expected Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, skillset, and alignment with the needs of the role. EverPass considers internal equity, scope, and candidate qualifications when determining final compensation.

The Enterprise Account Executive Opportunity

Você já vendeu um software de solução complexa similar e tem experiência em pelo menos uma das seguintes áreas: software empresarial em nuvem ou gerenciamento de infraestrutura, desenvolvimento e gerenciamento de aplicativos, segurança, aplicativos de negócios e/ou análise de dados.
Você tem um histórico comprovado de desenvolvimento de novos negócios e superação de metas de vendas.
Experiência na venda de soluções complexas de software empresarial e capacidade de adaptação a ambientes de alto crescimento, expansão rápida e mudanças constantes.
Experiência em vendas bem-sucedidas durante a fase de criação de mercado.
Histórico comprovado de fechamento de negócios de software em nuvem na casa dos seis dígitos com clientes potenciais e atuais no território definido.
Experiência em contato com executivos de alto nível (C-suite), forte presença e elegância na comunicação, e excelentes habilidades de escuta.

The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive - Newsletter Sales, to help grow advertising revenue across our newsletter portfolio. This role focuses on outbound sales, top-of-funnel generation, sponsorship prospecting, closing, and building a repeatable pipeline of advertisers and partners.
This role is for someone who is not just good at sales but who works in an AI-native way every day.
We want someone who actively uses Claude and AI tools daily and is highly comfortable using AI to automate, accelerate, and improve core sales workflows. That includes prospect research, account prioritization, contact discovery, outbound support, personalization, follow-up drafting, sales process organization, and overall top-of-funnel execution.
This is not a traditional sales role built around fully manual work. We are specifically looking for someone who naturally thinks, “How can I use AI to do this faster, better, and at a greater scale?” The right candidate will combine strong sales instincts with AI fluency and a constant drive to improve efficiency through systems, prompts, and workflow automation.
