We’re looking for a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our core financial and revenue systems infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring our systems are accurate, scalable, and built to support high-growth execution. 

Reporting into the Enterprise Application function, this individual will be responsible for day-to-day NetSuite administration, system optimization, and cross-functional initiatives that improve how we quote, sell, bill, and recognize revenue. This role will also partner closely with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across the revenue stack. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to build systems that directly power business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

NetSuite Administration & System Ownership 

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, including user management, roles/permissions, workflows, and system configurations
• Maintain and optimize core financial modules (Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Recognition, etc.)  
• Manage system integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable financial and operational data  
• Own release management, testing, and deployment of NetSuite updates and enhancements  

Order-to-Cash & Revenue Operations Support 

• Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to support the full quote-to-cash lifecycle 
• Ensure accurate flow of data from deal creation through invoicing and revenue recognition  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting billing, contracts, or revenue reporting  
• Support complex deal structures, pricing models, and contract configurations  

Systems Integration & Cross-Functional Alignment 

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and RevOps to ensure clean and reliable system integrations  
• Maintain and improve data sync between Salesforce and NetSuite  
• Identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies across the revenue tech stack  
• Support implementation of new tools or system enhancements as the business scales  

Process Optimization & Automation 

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across Finance and Sales processes  
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and automation workflows  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability  

Data Integrity, Reporting & Support 

• Ensure data accuracy across transactions, customers, and financial records  
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for Finance, Sales, and Leadership  
• Act as a key point of contact for NetSuite-related questions, troubleshooting, and training  

What We’re Looking For 

• 3–6+ years of experience administering NetSuite in a high-growth or complex environment  
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (quote, contract, billing, revenue recognition)  
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and/or RevOps teams  
• Familiarity with Salesforce and system integrations between CRM and ERP platforms  
• Hands-on experience with workflows, saved searches, reporting, and system configuration

Expected Compensation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Office & Administration and operations activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, and security services, deliveries coordination

The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive - Newsletter Sales, to help grow advertising revenue across our newsletter portfolio. This role focuses on outbound sales, top-of-funnel generation, sponsorship prospecting, closing, and building a repeatable pipeline of advertisers and partners.

This role is for someone who is not just good at sales but who works in an AI-native way every day.

We want someone who actively uses Claude and AI tools daily and is highly comfortable using AI to automate, accelerate, and improve core sales workflows. That includes prospect research, account prioritization, contact discovery, outbound support, personalization, follow-up drafting, sales process organization, and overall top-of-funnel execution.

This is not a traditional sales role built around fully manual work. We are specifically looking for someone who naturally thinks, “How can I use AI to do this faster, better, and at a greater scale?” The right candidate will combine strong sales instincts with AI fluency and a constant drive to improve efficiency through systems, prompts, and workflow automation.

What You’ll Do

• Own outbound sponsorship sales efforts across Mode Mobile Media’s newsletter brands

Responsibilities

The Role

Mode Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a recently acquired multimillion dollar utility app. Over time, you’ll expand your ownership to other newly acquired and organically developed mobile applications. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role for a proven product leader who combines business acumen, operational excellence, and user empathy.

You will be responsible for continuing to grow and optimize a mobile app with over 2M DAU with annual revenue exceeding $10M. And as you take on new products, you’ll work to identify high opportunity strategies that can drive growth and profitability, driving meaningful business outcomes.  You will work closely with the Director of Product and General Manager of your business unit, cross-functional teams, and executives to establish the roadmap, lead teams, and set the bar for world-class product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead a vision for your products that aligns with organizational goals
• Develop strategic product-feature roadmaps and drive execution from concept to scale by analyzing and implementing best-in-market trends and out-of-the-box ideas.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Data teams to deliver value-driven, measurable results.
• Own business and product performance, including revenue, engagement, conversion, retention, and P&L outcomes, and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line.
• Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in mobile app ecosystems, with strong understanding of  subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies. Experience with utility apps, rewarded ecosystems, social and gaming apps is a plus.
• Demonstrated success within multi-app portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level.

About the Role 
 
As a Semi-Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.  

Building upon solid foundational experience, this role focuses on troubleshooting complex system issues, enhancing automation processes, and contributing to infrastructure and architecture improvements.  

You’ll collaborate closely with the DevOps Manager, Engineering, and cross-functional teams across our Montevideo office, acting as a bridge between development and infrastructure to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient systems that support our product and customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Maintain and optimize Linux-based production environments. 

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
