1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that.
But we're going further. Over 70,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens.
We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, GV, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.
At Headway, we’re building the largest national network of therapists who accept insurance — and making mental healthcare radically more accessible in the process. Our ability to serve patients starts with providers. As Director of Product for Provider Growth, you’ll lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for how we attract, onboard, and activate providers on Headway.
Your mission is to grow the number of active providers on Headway by delivering a seamless, delightful onboarding and activation experience and by building high-impact growth channels. You’ll lead cross-functional teams responsible for critical surfaces across the provider funnel, including leads forms intakes, credentialing, onboarding, and referrals programs. You’ll also drive new product surfaces and big bets that tie into long-tail growth opportunities, like growing Group Practices.
Provider growth is one of Headway’s most important levers for scaling access to affordable mental healthcare. Whether it's building a world-class referrals engine, optimizing conversion through onboarding, or laying the groundwork for future market expansion, this role is at the heart of Headway’s growth story — and critical to advancing our mission. This is a pivotal role for both Headway and our mission to make mental healthcare more accessible.
The expected base pay range for this position is $249,600 - $312,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.

Award-winning and people-first, SimplePractice is shaping the future of health tech. Recognized by MedTech Breakthrough, the Digital Health Awards, and BuiltIn's Best Places to Work.
For years, the healthcare industry has relied on Managed Service Organizations (MSOs) as a workaround for a fragmented provider landscape. While intended to streamline coordination, this "middleman" model has introduced significant friction—driving up patient costs, increasing administrative overhead, and stripping away the clinician autonomy essential for high-quality care. By funneling independent practitioners into rigid institutional frameworks, these models often compromise the clinical judgment and therapeutic relationships that drive outcomes, ultimately resulting in higher costs and lower provider satisfaction across the ecosystem.
SimpleConnect is our answer to this efficiency challenge, serving as a neutral infrastructure layer that directly connects payers, health systems, and employers with our network of over 250,000 independent practitioners. By leveraging SimplePractice’s position as the primary system of record for the nation's largest community of private clinicians, SimpleConnect enables enterprise partners to achieve the access and data transparency they need for compliance and ROI without intermediating care. The result is a more connected healthcare ecosystem where payers gain scalable network insights, practitioners maintain their independence, and patients receive better access to evidence-based care.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Product Marketing to drive strategic commercialization efforts around SimpleConnect. In this highly visible and highly influential position, you will lead multiple impactful initiatives contributing to both short term and long term company goals. You’ll own end-to-end product marketing from foundational learning efforts that build confidence in the opportunity we are pursuing through go-to-market and post-launch, meeting critical business metrics that produce in-fiscal year business growth. This is an exciting chance to join a critical team within the organization with direct impact to the highest business priorities.

The Recruiting Coordination team is the operational backbone of Headway's talent engine. We're the team that makes hiring happen — from the moment a candidate is scheduled for their first interview to the day an offer is signed. We own the logistics, the details, and the candidate experience that shapes how people feel about Headway before they ever join.
We are looking for a strong partner for our Recruiters and Sourcers to enable an exceptional candidate experience for potential hires across the company. As we continue to scale at hyper-growth pace, we're seeking an operationally excellent and relationship-driven teammate to plug into searches, collaborating effectively with hiring managers, candidates, interview teams, and talent stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a Talent professional who is looking for exposure to a mission-driven, high growth organization!
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $91,000-$119,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
We believe a team's strength is in its people, and we cannot achieve this mission without a team that reflects the diversity of this problem – across race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, national origin, religion, family status, disability, military status, and experience. Headway is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. As part of this commitment, Headway will ensure that persons with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodations. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and/or receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please inform the recruiter when they contact you to schedule your interview.

Evio Overview
Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions.
In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation.
Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization.
Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves.

As Staff Researcher for Provider Growth, you’ll lead research to inform the product vision, strategy, and execution for how we attract, onboard, and activate providers on Headway.
In this role, you will be a strategic partner, utilizing a mixed-methods approach to uncover critical insights about our Providers. You will conduct research to inform business, product, and marketing strategies, helping us identify and unlock significant growth and differentiated product opportunities. You’ll be responsible for foundational insights and developing a nuanced understanding of diverse provider segments—practice starters vs. veterans, therapists vs. prescribers, solo vs. group practices—each with different needs, painpoints, and behaviors. You’ll share insights and make recommendations about when to personalize and when to unify, helping the team build solutions that flex to serve unique segment needs while maintaining a coherent, unified Headway experience. You'll operate with high autonomy and ownership, presenting regularly to executive leadership including our CEO and making bold recommendations backed by clear, evidence-driven rationale.
The expected base pay range for this position is $212,000 - $265,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

About the Role
Location: Remote, United States
Role Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Chief Product Officer
Total Compensation: $200,000 - $232,000
Workforce upskilling is under pressure to adapt to an AI-native workforce. Companies are trying to retrain entire departments for a rapidly evolving job market, corporate L&D budgets are growing, and most providers lack the depth and rigor to prove ROI on corporate training.
CodePath has spent a decade proving that intensive, industry-validated training produces engineers who can consistently perform at top tech companies. This role will adapt that model to serve the enterprise market through new and innovative product offerings.
As a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, you will build the enterprise product from the ground up, defining what we sell, how it's delivered, and how we measure its effectiveness. You will work directly with our Earned Revenue (Sales), Curriculum, and Engineering teams to understand enterprise partners' needs and ship solutions that empower their workforce. It's a 0 to 1 role with a direct line to revenue and a real chance to shape how CodePath scales over the next decade.
We are looking for a skilled PM with experience building and shipping enterprise products, using AI effectively in their workflow, and is energized by a bold vision to retrain the technical workforce to succeed in the era of AI.
Key Activities
Define and own the enterprise product roadmap, translating partner needs, revenue goals, and learner outcomes into clear priorities
Run structured discovery with enterprise partners and internal stakeholders; define success metrics and translate them into effective product requirements, prototypes, and shipped features
Design experiments to validate product bets, using qualitative signals from partners and quantitative data to make decisions and change course quickly
Serve as the connective tissue between Earned Revenue, Curriculum, and Engineering, aligning on priorities, surfacing trade-offs, and unblocking progress
Use AI actively in your product workflow, striving for continual improvement in quality and productivity
Track and communicate progress to partners and internal teams, building the reporting rhythms that keep everyone aligned and informed
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building enterprise or B2B products
You've taken a concept from 0 to 1, not just iterated on an existing roadmap, but built from scratch and launched a product that achieved meaningful distribution or commercial success
You can structure ambiguous problems, build alignment across commercial and technical teams, and drive execution without a clear playbook
You've worked closely with Sales or Customer Success to translate commercial needs into product direction, and know what a deal-blocking product gap looks like
AI tools are already part of how you work, and you can describe specifically how your workflow has changed because of it
Strong analytical reasoning, comfortable defining metrics that matter and interpreting data to inform product decisions
You write product requirements engineers trust and can communicate product strategy clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike
Preferred
Experience in edtech, workforce development, or upskilling products
Background working with corporate L&D, HR, or workforce benefits buyers
Technical proficiency across the modern PM toolkit — product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex), prototyping and design (Figma), data querying (SQL), and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar)
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, or admin tooling
Compensation
CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for an Individual Contributor level position at an annual base salary of $135,000 to $175,000. Total compensation is $200,000 to $232,000, which includes base salary plus a guaranteed monthly supplement. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
Full-Time Employee Benefits:
This is a 100% remote position—work from anywhere in the U.S.! CodePath prioritizes employee well-being with a competitive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

About This Role:
Every month, hundreds of thousands of patients and providers interact with Headway's support systems. Today, most interactions are handled by human agents working across disconnected tools. As Director of Product for CX, you will build Headway's CX product function from the ground up. You'll own the product vision and strategy for how patients and providers get help — from AI-powered self-resolution to context-aware agent tooling to the feedback loops that connect support insights back to the product.

Mental health care shouldn't come with surprise bills. It shouldn't cost patients hours on the phone to find out what their insurance actually covers, and it shouldn't cost providers sleep wondering whether they'll get paid for the work they did. At Headway, getting insurance right — reliably, accurately, and in real time — is one of the most important problems we solve. And it sits at the heart of a multi-billion-dollar mental health system we're building from the ground up.
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team that owns Headway's benefits platform: the core systems that determine what every patient's insurance actually covers, what they'll pay out of pocket, and how providers get reimbursed accurately. This is infrastructure that the rest of the company runs on. When it works, millions of appointments happen smoothly; when it doesn't, patients don't get care and providers don't get paid.
You'll lead a team of 4–5 engineers, co-own the roadmap with your PM, and report to our Senior Engineering Manager, who will give you the autonomy to run this team end-to-end while being a close thought partner. This is a role designed for a leader who still wants to be in the weeds — reading PRs, shaping tech specs, showing up to design reviews as a contributor. At Headway, technical credibility is how engineering managers lead.
Bonus points for:
The expected base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $237,500, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
