About the Team
Technical Operations is the first line of defense for the Roku platform. We are a global, around-the-clock team responsible for the health and stability of The Roku Channel (TRC), live and on-demand content pipelines, ad delivery, and the user-facing experience across all Roku platforms. We sit at the intersection of Engineering, Content, Live Operations, and Advertising — triaging issues in real time, owning major launch execution, and building the tooling and automation that keeps Roku running at scale.
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers who monitor, triage, and resolve platform issues 24/7. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable diving deep into a production incident and running a cross-functional launch war room. You will manage SLAs, own launch readiness for high-visibility events, drive automation initiatives, and serve as an escalation point for partner teams including Engineering, Content Operations, Live Operations, Advertising, and Rights Management.
For Toronto, Canada Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $113,000 CAD - $146,000 CAD annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of Technical Operations Engineers across multiple time zones, including global contractors
- Oversee 24/7 platform monitoring through the Technical Operations Control Center (TOCC), ensuring alerts are triaged and escalated with urgency and accuracy
- Own the end-to-end incident management process — from initial triage through escalation, stakeholder communication, resolution, and post-mortem
- Manage and enforce SLAs across priority tiers, ensuring Engineering and business stakeholders are kept informed throughout issue lifecycles
- Lead war room execution for P0/P1 launches, driving readiness reviews, runbook preparation, and day-of coordination with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate CDN and internal infrastructure capacity planning in advance of high-visibility events, maintaining relationships with CDN partners
- Partner with Engineering to prioritize production bugs, advocate for platform stability improvements, and reduce operational toil
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual monitoring, streamline escalation workflows, and improve team efficiency at scale
- Collaborate closely with Content Operations, Live Operations, Advertising Operations, Platform Operations, and Engineering to ensure smooth content delivery and issue resolution across all platforms
- Represent Technical Operations in cross-functional launch planning, ensuring the team is engaged 30 days prior to major events
- Define and maintain escalation paths, runbooks, and operational documentation for the team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical or platform operations within a streaming, media, or consumer technology environment
- 2+ years of leading technical teams, including geographically distributed or contractor-based teams
- Deep familiarity with ad delivery operations, including monitoring ad fill rates and working across SSAI and client-side ad insertion workflows
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Datadog, PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to lead high-pressure incident triage and cross-functional escalation across engineering and business teams
- Experience managing launch readiness for live or high-profile events, including war room coordination and runbook ownership
- Strong understanding of CDN architecture and capacity planning in a video streaming context
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of building or improving automation to reduce manual operational overhead
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, always-on environment
- Willingness to support on-call coverage, including evenings and weekends for critical launches or incidents
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines and support critical operations.

About the role
We are looking for a strategic, growth-focused, collaborative, and experienced product manager to lead Roku’s viewer (OS / Platform) product management function in Canada. In this role, you will oversee our growth & engagement strategy, manage our product roadmap, and identify key product priorities that advance Roku’s strategic business goals in Canada. You will play a critical role in accelerating Roku's growth and work with other market leaders to develop a strategic plan that positions Roku as a future leader in Canadian media & streaming. You will be accountable for setting, and achieving key market goals that are in service of accomplishing our broader market strategy, and have a hand amongst other key leaders in market in formulating said strategy.
The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker, highly strategic, tactically savvy, and skilled at navigating a matrixed environment. The Role
Roku is seeking an International Content Partnerships Manager to join the ad-supported VOD/ linear partner growth team focused on The Roku Channel. This team is responsible for the overall success of key partners on Roku Channel. Success is measured by delivering on and exceeding expectations with respect to user engagement (as defined by reach and streaming hours), financial results (revenue, gross profit) and other key health and growth metrics.
The role requires a diverse range of direct-to-consumer video experience across partner management, content programming, product, and marketing. The right individual has proven experience building relationships with content partners, developing data driven growth strategies, then rolling up their sleeves to execute and achieve these goals. To be successful, the candidate will require the ability to work across and organize a diverse range of internal departments, such as editorial, content acquisition, data analytics and marketing.

In This Role You Will
Account Management
- Act as the day-to-day partner relationship manager to grow international partners within Roku Channel
- Leverage deep experience and knowledge of content strategy and acquisitions within the Canadian and/or UK markets (experience in both is highly preferred) to drive regional growth.
- Drive communication, education, data management across managed partners
- Support the onboarding of new content partners
- Coordinate the submission, selection and launch of new partner content, communicating with partners and working internally with Programming, Acquisition and Operational teams
Partner Growth Strategy
- Create and present performance evaluations for partners, including comprehensive quarterly business reviews
- Develop internal partner playbooks that offer executive staff a concise overview of partnerships along with actionable strategic plans
- Build deep partner expertise, developing strong internal and external workflows to provide best-in-class service to partners
- Leverage data, market research and insights to evaluate new content partnership opportunities to Roku Channel
- Contribute to other content partnership areas as business needs arise
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with content acquisition, content operations, editorial, and marketing on deal lifecycle and execution through partner roll out
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and editorial strategies that maximize user engagement
- Work with product and analytics teams to drive automation, enhanced reporting and tools to improve the efficiency of strategic plans
- Aggregate feedback from internal and external stakeholders into comprehensive and actionable trackers to drive process improvement
- Perform other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Experience / Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a top media, entertainment, technology company, management consulting firm, or investment bank, in a partnerships, strategy, program planning, or analytical role.
- Background in content strategy and/or acquisitions within the Canadian and/or UK markets (experience in both is highly preferred)
- Experience delivering results in consultative, partnerships, and/or business development environments
- Strong analytical skills including creating / managing financial and operational KPIs (preferably with experience in a highly-demanding environment where complex analysis is performed)
- Experience conducting quantitative (including modeling) & qualitative analysis to drive results leveraging a strong understanding of video streaming business models (MVPD, TVE, SVOD, AVOD, TVOD)
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with content partners and industry counterparts
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Airtable, Confluence, Salesforce and Looker tooling a plus

You'll be on the team responsible for
- Java driver, Java Reactive Streams Driver, Scala Driver, Kotlin Driver, Spark Connector, and other JVM-based projects

About the Role
We’re looking for driven sales professionals to join us as Associate Strategic Account Development Executives. This is a virtual-first, high-velocity sales role where you will introduce merchants to the DoorDash Commerce Platform, run product demos, and guide them through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to signed agreement.
As part of this team, you’ll build deep product expertise, guide merchants through implementation requirements, and help them modernize their digital ordering experience. This team plays a critical role in scaling DoorDash’s next major product line.

What you’ll do
- As a Senior Security Engineer you will be part of a team which owns the security posture for cloud infrastructure on which all Robinhood products are built

The Role
Square is building a best-in-class, high-impact field sales organization, and we are looking for an exceptional Territory Account Executive — someone who consistently exceeds expectations, takes full ownership of their territory, and brings Square’s mission of economic empowerment directly to the businesses that need it most.
This is a field-driven, execution-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments. You will spend most of your week out in the market — meeting businesses, conducting live demos, and closing deals with confidence. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and your ability to operate strategically and decisively will determine your success.
You will serve as Square’s presence and competitive advantage in one of our highest-opportunity markets — responsible for building pipeline from the ground up, elevating Square’s visibility in your community, establishing high-value partnerships, and helping local businesses grow through our ecosystem of industry-leading software and hardware.

You will:
Lead your market with disciplined, in-person execution
- Spend ~80% of your week in the field — walking your territory, engaging local businesses, and driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week.
- Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generate leads, identify needs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Square’s full product suite.
Establish yourself as the go-to Square expert in your city
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers by being present, reliable, and value-driven.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and fast time-to-value for new sellers.
- Implement a disciplined referral strategy to turn every new customer into future opportunities.
Build a high-velocity pipeline from the ground up
- Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, events, networking, and targeted partnerships.
- Work with channel partners to generate a consistent, high-quality referral stream that grows over time.
Master your verticals and sell with precision
- Build deep expertise in key verticals — including restaurants, retail, and services — to diagnose challenges and position the right Square solutions.
- Sell consultatively and competitively, staying proactive and strategic throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve exceptional results in a high-accountability environment
- Maintain strong operational rigor in Salesforce: track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
- Measure performance frequently and improve continuously.
- Consistently exceed quota within a culture where high standards are the norm.
You have:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience
- Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
- Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business development experience (e.g. hunting and cold calling)
- Since this is a field position, you must have reliable transportation and live in the market you are serving
- A collaborative and team player mentality
- Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
- Even better:
- 2+ years of payment processing OR related technology (i.e. payroll, loyalty, time management)
- 1+ years of relevant audience experience (experience working in/selling to restaurants, retailers or services based businesses)
Pay Transparency
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Pay Transparency
At Jamf, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is set within a defined range. These ranges can vary based on hiring location. Where an individual's pay falls within that range depends on several factors, including role scope, location, budget, skills, experience, and qualifications. This approach helps ensure fair, competitive pay and provides room to grow as you develop in your role.
For sales and commission-based roles, we post On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus estimated commission based on achieving 100% of performance targets. Commission is not guaranteed and varies based on individual performance results.

Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the Workplace Operations team, providing first class customer service for Lyft team members based in and visiting the office
- Manage facility related vendor relationships (e.g. janitorial, furniture, food/beverage, plants, etc.). Heavily involved in the RFP/SOW process for potential vendors alongside Workplace Operations Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for relationship with property management and landlord; communicating when facility related concerns arise;
- Coordination of facility maintenance/small tenant improvement projects as necessary. Work alongside Workplace Operations Manager and other internal stakeholders to complete IT projects
- Manage inventory of all Workplace supplies and place orders as needed
- Manage Zendesk ticket workflows to field & resolve inbound Workplace requests & inquiries, maintaining SLA and priority ranking; escalating to Workplace Operations Leadership as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail/shipment process
- Partner with PBP, EBPs, and IT teams to assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing team members
- Partner with leadership on site to provide facilities support for Lyft events
- Pitch in when necessary; supporting all Lyft locations and Workplace Operations team members in a variety of tasks. No job is too big or too small
- Other site specific duties required by the property(s)
- Support the Workplace Operations leadership in additional duties as necessary
Experience:

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $71,000 - CAD $89,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. About Us
We’re looking for a Staff Engineer - User Experience (Backend) to join our Patient Platform team and shape the systems that power patient-facing experiences across our health technology platform. This team owns the APIs, orchestration services, and communication infrastructure that enable secure, reliable interactions between patients and our platform (Email, SMS, notifications).
We are at a critical stage of growth, scaling our platform, modernizing legacy services, and strengthening our event-driven architecture to support increasing patient volume and communication complexity. This role will play a central part in defining how our backend systems evolve as we scale.
As a Staff Engineer - User Experience (Backend), you will be the technical authority for the Patient Platform domain, translating architectural strategy into scalable, production-ready distributed systems in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will drive the evolution of our API-first architecture (including BFF and orchestration patterns), define and enforce API contracts, and modernize tightly coupled services into scalable, event-driven components.
This is an opportunity for a senior technical leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves pragmatically, and enjoys balancing hands-on engineering with architectural influence.

Marqeta is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to independently identify and deliver software solutions on our Data Infrastructure team through a set of milestones spanning a specific platform focus or a multi-component system. You will own and deliver projects in service of quarterly goals on the team and independently identify solutions to solve ambiguous, open-ended problems. You will work in collaboration with your team and cross-functional partners.
The Data Infrastructure team, within our Data & ML Platforms organization, is responsible for the data lakehouse, streaming, orchestration, and catalog platforms that power analytics and AI across Marqeta. We're a platform engineering team building infrastructure that other engineering teams depend on.

What You'll Do
This is a rare opportunity to set the technical direction for one of MongoDB's most strategic investments. You will define the architecture of a self-contained search system that spans Community, Enterprise, and Atlas, while guiding how we integrate AI-native capabilities from Voyage AI. This is not a chance to influence a feature. It is a chance to shape the foundation of how developers everywhere build applications with MongoDB.
In this role, you will:
- Own the cross-system data infrastructure layer for MongoDB's next-generation Search and Vector Search capabilities, carrying outcomes that span 6-18 months

What We're Looking For
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in data management systems or related distributed infrastructure
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages and techniques, with Java fluency preferred
- Demonstrable experience designing and operating distributed systems, cloud services, or SaaS products at scale
- The ability to reason about systems at the physical layer: data consistency, durability guarantees, concurrency, and failure modes in distributed environments

The Team
Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.
The Fleet Management team provides the core runtime environment that empowers our developers to build and ship products to delight our customers. We manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Kubernetes fleet, alongside the critical components that ensure cluster reliability and security (e.g., CoreDNS, cert-manager, and Gatekeeper). As our infrastructure scales to support new use cases and products, we are spearheading a migration from Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to an Operator-driven lifecycle management model.

- Contribute to developing and maintaining a scalable and secure runtime environment on top of Kubernetes that supports product needs across MongoDB

Day to Day

MongoDB’s Storage Layer Services (SLS) team is re-architecting the MongoDB cloud storage layer and sits at the heart of our next-generation cloud storage architecture. This relatively new team is building performant, multi-tenant distributed storage services that both enhance today’s Atlas storage stack and enable more customer workloads to run more efficiently.
You will partner with the teams building these storage services to define SLOs, shape capacity plans, and ensure the reliability, durability, and operational safety of the storage layer that underpins Atlas. You’ll join a small, senior team of SREs as founding members of this organization, playing a crucial role in executing on a multi-year roadmap for MongoDB’s cloud storage architecture.
This role can be based out of our Toronto or Montreal office or remotely in the Canada while physically based in an Eastern or Central time zone location.
The ideal candidate should
- Have 6+ years of experience working on software development and operating distributed systems
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language

- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve issues involving the storage infrastructure

About the Cloud Payments team
Cloud Payments is part of the Cloud Billing organization. As MongoDB’s Cloud business grows, the billing and payments stack becomes increasingly mission‑critical. Our team:
- Ingests and aggregates detailed metering and usage data from internal services and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Calculates and generates daily customer bills for millions of customers worldwide
- Integrates with payment processors and internal financial systems to support Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting

The role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer 3 to help design, build, and operate the services that power Cloud Payments. You’ll work primarily in the JVM ecosystem (Java and related tooling), with a focus on large-scale, distributed systems that have to be correct, resilient, and auditable.
This is a Canada-based, fully remote role. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders across North America time zones, including engineers in the broader Cloud Billing organization.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and operate backend services that ingest, process, and reconcile large volumes of usage and billing data from internal and external systems
- Collaborate with product, Finance, Revenue, and other engineering teams to evolve our billing and payments capabilities and improve customer experience
- Own features end‑to‑end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, rollout, monitoring, and iterative improvement
- Help scale and harden our systems as Atlas and our broader Cloud business continue to grow rapidly
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews to keep our systems robust and maintainable
- Contribute to improving our tooling, observability, and development workflows so the whole team can move faster and safer
- Take part in an on‑call rotation that treats reliability as a team sport, not an individual burden
What we’re looking for
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems in a compiled language, ideally Java
- Understand core object‑oriented design principles and how to apply them to complex, evolving systems
- Have experience with distributed systems and services that need to be highly available, observable, and correct at scale

We are hiring an experienced Security Software Engineer (Staff or Senior) for our Infrastructure Security team to design and build scalable security controls and services within MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud infrastructure.
The team sits within the Site Reliability Engineering organization and works with other engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure adheres to the highest security standards.
This role can be based out of our New York City, Austin, Seattle or San Francisco offices, or work fully remotely on standard East Coast business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build core security primitives and services that protect MongoDB Atlas compute, networking, and identity across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Build secure-by-default infrastructure using Linux security mechanisms (AppArmor, SELinux, seccomp, cgroups), Kubernetes, and eBPF to enforce runtime policies and gain deep visibility into systems behaviour
- Develop APIs, automation, and tooling that manage security posture at scale (CSPM, vulnerability management, workload identity) and provide monitoring, logging, and alerting pipelines that integrate with our tooling (Grafana, Splunk, Victoria Metrics.)
- Integrate security into our CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows (Terraform) so that security controls are versioned, reviewed, and deployed just like any other code
- Lead complex projects end‑to‑end, from problem discovery and design docs to implementation, rollout, and long‑term ownership
- Collaborate with SRE, platform and product engineering teams to define secure architectures for new infrastructure and services

We are hiring an experienced Security Software Engineer (Staff or Senior) for our Infrastructure Security team to design and build scalable security controls and services within MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud infrastructure.

Who we are
MongoDB Atlas Search and Vector Search let developers run complex search queries and build AI-powered applications directly inside MongoDB, without managing a separate search infrastructure. It is a product used by a large and growing number of customers who rely on it being fast, reliable, and available.
The Search Query Platform & Availability (SQPA) team is a new team being built from the ground up. Its purpose is to own the foundational layer that keeps Atlas Search stable and scalable, and to give the engineers building search features the tools they need to move faster and ship with more confidence. The team's work spans three areas: keeping search reliable under pressure through resource controls and safeguards; building the tooling that helps Search engineers roll out changes safely at scale; and maintaining the engine, storage and dependencies that everything else depends on.
You will be the first leader of this team. That means you are not stepping into an existing structure. You are shaping the roadmap, building the team, and establishing how SQPA operates within a broader Search org that is growing quickly.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Toronto, Ontario Canada for our hybrid working model.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning all aspects of people management including hiring, performance, career development, and compensation
- Define and drive the 12-month roadmap for SQPA in close collaboration with stakeholders across Search, Platform, and Product
- Improve the processes and tooling that allow the Search org to make changes confidently in high-stakes parts of the codebase
- Own the health and evolution of the runtime and core dependencies the Search engine relies on, including upgrade cycles and long-term maintainability

Who we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of software engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance conversations
- A technical background in building or operating complex software systems, such as databases, distributed systems, query engines or data infrastructure at scale
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems where resource management, runtime health, and operational reliability are first-class concerns
- Prior experience with search systems or search infrastructure is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with JVM-based systems or managing runtime and dependency upgrades in a production environment is a plus.
- Strong judgment about when to go deep, when to delegate, and when to push back on scope or priority

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to run GTM recruiting at MaintainX. This role sits on the Talent Acquisition team, owning hiring across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and revenue-adjacent functions. Our GTM org is rated in the top 5% of B2B sales teams on RepVue, with 4.2/5 inbound quality and 104% attainment, and our quota carriers are landing seven-figure ARR deals against Fortune 500 buyers. The bar is high; the closes are real; the room for elite sellers to compound is significant. Your job is to keep that engine fed.
What You'll Do
- Own 10–15 active GTM requisitions at a time across Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and RevOps. Move candidates through stages with 48-hour SLAs and present a calibrated shortlist to every hiring manager within two weeks of intake.
- Source and engage senior sales talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, RepVue, direct outreach, referrals, and events. Build pipelines on always-on roles (AE, AM, CS) before reqs are even opened so we never start a cycle from zero.
- Run structured intake meetings with sales leaders and RevOps. Sharpen role scope, level, territory carve, ramp expectations, and OTE math before the first candidate is touched.
- Calibrate on quota attainment as the leading signal. Read W-2s, ramp curves, and stack rankings the way our hiring managers do. Underwrite risk on every senior offer the way a deal review reads a forecast.
- Maintain a data-driven pipeline review in partnership with revenue leadership. Track pass-through rates, stage conversion, sourcing yield, and offer accept rates on a weekly cadence.
- Configure and own your req portfolio in Ashby: job setup, interview plans, scorecard design, and stage automation. Hands-on-keyboard, not delegated.
- Own the deal-review and presentation interview objects for sales hires. Calibrate the rubric, train the panel, and make sure the selling motion we hire for is the selling motion we run.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting, with meaningful depth on senior sellers (AEs, AMs, Sales Managers, Sales Directors).
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($100M+ ARR or Series C+) where you've recruited against an aggressive plan.
- Hands-on ATS expertise, ideally Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, including job configuration, scorecard design, and pipeline reporting.
- Proven track record closing senior revenue talent in competitive markets, including head-to-head against other late-stage SaaS offers.
- Fluency in sales economics. You can read OTE structures, accelerators, ramp schedules, and quota attainment data, and you can hold your own with a CRO on a comp conversation.
- Data-driven operating style. You run your pipeline from a dashboard, not a gut feeling.
- Ability to manage 10+ concurrent searches without letting candidates go cold.

Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Philanthropy this role is responsible for producing high-value philanthropic communications that drive fundraising results for legacy, major gifts, corporate and foundation giving. You will be coordinating with operational centers and Canadian office stakeholders to gather information and produce persuasive proposals, and reports that attract major and multi-year gift commitments.
A core function of this role is creating original donor communications in both English and French, writing directly in each language to authentically engage MSF Canada’s diverse donor community, which includes a significant francophone population. Bilingual writing proficiency reflects our commitment to connecting with donors in the language of their choice.
MSF Canada is looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver compelling, donor-centered philanthropic materials in English and French that consistently inspire investment and deepen donor engagement. Written communications lead to increased donor interest, larger gift commitments, and positive feedback from both internal teams and external funders.
- Translate complex operational information into persuasive narratives that clearly articulate the case for support. Proposals and reports are clear, strategic, EDI compliant and emotionally resonant, helping donors easily understand the impact of their contributions and encouraging continued or increased giving.
- Produce high-quality proposals, and reports that meet deadlines and exceed funder expectations. All submissions are delivered on time, with minimal revisions, resulting in a high rate of successful funding outcomes and renewal opportunities.
- Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to surface strong programmatic content and shape fundraising opportunities. Build strong relationships with Donor Engagement Officers, Content Writers, and Communications leads to produce materials that reflect a cohesive organizational voice and vision.
- Continuously strengthen the quality and strategic alignment of philanthropic communications to maximize fundraising outcomes. Written products evolve to become increasingly donor-centered, data-informed, and aligned with organizational fundraising strategies, contributing to year-over-year revenue growth.
The successful candidate will bring MSF Canada:
- Demonstrated professional experience in writing, grant writing, journalism, or a related field, successfully partnering with gift officers to secure significant funding from diverse private donors and public funding.

The Planned Giving Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration and stewardship of legacy and planned gifts.
