Juno Veterinary is committed to compensating our team members fairly, competitively and with clarity to support you in your growth! This role has a salary/hourly compensation range of $130,000 to $170,000 per year. There is a bonus component applicable for this role that presents the opportunity for additional earnings on top of your base salary starting at 10% , We’re going to keep it real with you. This range reflects the variations in experience and skillset an individual could possess within this role, as well as the growth and experience that would be needed to meet the top end of the range. (i.e., from building your skills, to becoming accomplished, to being highly proficient, all the way to achieving excellence in this role).
It's also possible to join Juno at a salary/wage above this range, which would mean you are at the very top end of experience and knowledge or perhaps you are someone who is currently working with Juno and has had the opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on our patients and our community and is thriving while doing it.

About the Role
Opendoor is looking for a Senior Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. You'll own our public company reporting and securities compliance function, support board operations and corporate governance, and help us build an AI-first legal function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations, and advise senior legal leadership on a broad range of securities and corporate matters.

We are seeking a Debt Capital Markets Counsel to join our Corporate and Securities team. This role centres on bond issuances, capital-raising transactions, and covenant structuring, with a focus on high-yield and international debt offerings. We are looking for a hands-on attorney with deep expertise in Canadian securities law and SEC regulations governing debt securities, including experience advising on credit ratings, debenture offerings, and complex financing structures. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience executing transactions under the Securities Act of 1933, including high-yield bonds, Rule 144A offerings, Eurobonds, and EMTN programs, along with robust transactional and regulatory capabilities across the debt capital markets lifecycle.
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
