About the role
As a Fleet Specialist on the Autonomous Vehicle Operations team, you will oversee frontline operators and ensure efficient execution of daily shift activities. You will serve as the key operational point of contact during your shift, directly managing vehicle assignments, triage escalations, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership and situational awareness to ensure safety, quality, and consistency in AV testing operations. You will also partner closely with the Site Lead to implement local strategy, uphold policies, and maintain alignment with broader organizational goals.

As a ML Engineer within the Application Engineering team, you’ll lead critical initiatives that push the frontier of model-based autonomous driving—both in terms of core driving performance and feature-level intelligence such as personalization, comfort, and collaboration.

We're looking for an exceptional technical leader to spearhead our new Japan-based Application Engineer team, a self-sufficient and high-impact group focused on localising and advancing our autonomous driving technology for the Japanese market.
