Finance Operations Payout Support is part of the Finance Operations & Controlling function within the Finance Payout department. Our team builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and property partners by delivering excellent service across vendor onboarding and payment issue resolution.
As an Operations Payout Support Specialist, you will primarily manage vendor onboarding for non-trade vendors by collecting required documents, validating and maintaining vendor master data, coordinating system enablement, and following up until vendors are fully operational. You will also support property partner payments (trade) by investigating and resolving payment issues across Agoda’s payment methods (Telex Transfer, Virtual Credit Card, Physical Credit Card, and PayPal) and assist with day-to-day payment activities, escalations, ad-hoc investigations, and possibly some related to month-end closing tasks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, as well as external partners, to drive timely vendor enablement and issue resolution. Your role includes ensuring master data accuracy and compliance with internal controls, contributing to process improvements by identifying recurring issues and proposing scalable fixes, and providing operational insights that support Agoda’s growth and reliable payout operations. In this Role, you'll get to:
Lead end-to-end non-trade vendor onboarding: collect and validate required documents, set up and maintain vendor master data, coordinate system enablement, and follow up until vendors are fully operational.
Manage backend vendor enablement processes and support internal stakeholders to remove blockers for vendor activation.
Perform day-to-day payment operations and Accounts Payable Support related tasks as needed, including backend process work and reconciliation, payment configurations/settings, and month-end related tasks when required and other payment exceptions, ensuring transactions are accurate, executed, and recorded on time.
Investigate and resolve payment-related queries from property partners and internal teams, delivering timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Manage complex payment inquiries and backend processes, providing documented alternative resolutions for issues outside standard workflows while ensuring compliance with controls and appropriately weighing operational risk.
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc finance tasks with high accuracy, strong control, and timely ownership.
Stay up to date with changes in internal systems, payment logic, and finance platform updates.
Actively monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and use data to measure impact and drive efficiency.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3–5 years’ working experience in any field. Experience in finance is a plus (especially on Procurement, Vendor Onboarding, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payment Operations, Risk and Control). Experience with supervisory or management-level responsibilities is an additional plus.
Demonstrated experience in document verification, master data management, or data governance.
High attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work and master data maintenance; strict adherence to audit rules and internal controls.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify patterns and produce actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and effective stakeholder management across functions.
Ownership mindset with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines and a methodical approach to work.
Adaptable, fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, high-intensity environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and possess strong presentation skills.

Collections function within the Credit Risk and Collections team is responsible for overdue collections from hotel partners for various product offerings. This is done using a blended approach of utilizing the in-house collections team and external debt collection companies and law firms. This team is expanding, and we are looking for a Collections Specialist – to be part of our inhouse collection team. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Opportunity:
As a Collections Specialist, you will be working closely with our hotel partners to ensure collection of outstanding balances owed to Agoda. This will be an Individual contributor role, and you will also get the opportunity to work in close coordination with different stakeholders across Agoda. Additionally, you will also contribute and improve operational and collection efficiency in your respective domain, collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement value to add ideas into practice. You will also get a chance to work on other important projects being run within the team.
In this role, you’ll be required to:
Recovers overdue payments from partners via calls and emails
Have strong negotiation skills to convince partners to pay the dues as per the contractual terms
Negotiate repayment plans and encourage partners to find mutually acceptable solutions.
Meet the monthly assigned collection and outreach targets.
Approach challenges in a passionate, innovative, and decisive manner.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Establish contact with hotel owners/ management personnel and negotiate effectively to collect the outstanding balance owed to Agoda.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to verify payments and accurately record payments in the system.
Taking initiative and capable of devising innovative solutions to enhance collection rates.
Contribute effective ideas to automate manual processes and work with key stakeholders on implementing identified solutions.
Assist operational activities within the team, including but not limited to preparation of reports, data submissions etc.
What you’ll Need to Succeed
1 - 8 years of debt collection experience.
Strong negotiation skills and resilience.
Proficient in Microsoft excel
Must be confident, proactive, and take personal ownership.

The Opportunity:
Based in our Bangkok office, this accounting role will work across Agoda’s core operational entities, which mainly focus on accommodation and flight reservations. This role offers the opportunity to explore the accounting and finance of an online travel agency (OTA) with all the functions that drive OTA products. You will also have the chance to coordinate with other brands within Booking Holdings and gain exposure to international accounting and finance.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
Financial Accounts
Maintain accounting records including journal entries
Maintain and control over fixed assets register
Issue and control over invoices, tax invoices, receipts
Coordinate with intercompany related to month-end closing and confirmation
Correspond with external auditors for statutory financial report
Identifying and communicating issues to the Manager
Assist accounting manager on ad-hoc assignment
Reporting
Prepare financial closing, reporting packages, accounts reconciliation and analysis on the responsible areas
Prepare detail reports to support manager on the Quarterly Balance Sheet review with CFO
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
3-5 years’ experience in accounting field
Graduated Bachelor in Accountancy
Accounting standard knowledge (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, and Local Accounting Standard)
Preparation of Statutory reports
Proficient ERP Software (Oracle is preferable)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Microsoft office packages (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

As a Merchant Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling businesses to grow on Xendit’s platform. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing merchant KYC profiles in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, assessing LDD, BDD, and business use cases to determine merchant eligibility.
Beyond onboarding, you will support payment channel activations by working closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure merchants are successfully set up to accept payments. You will coordinate submissions, track progress, resolve issues, and help unblock delays, while ensuring compliance and a smooth end-to-end experience for merchants.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Product, Sales, and Partnerships to solve onboarding and activation cases efficiently, always keeping customer experience at the forefront. You will also gain a strong understanding of payment flows, partner requirements, and regulatory considerations, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and tools.
